Computer Accounts -Learners

You will require a Computer Account in order to access RRU Email, Files and Folders, Online Learning, Learner Commons, Online Library Resources and, while on campus, printers and the Internet.
 

• Once you are a Registered Learner, your RRU Computer Account username and password will be sent to the email address you provided upon registration.  Please view the information about Online Learning Access.
   
  • If you have not yet received such an email, please check the "Junk Mail" and/or "SPAM" folders in your email program first to ensure that it hasn't been improperly identified by your mail client.

• If you have not received your logon information, please contact Computer Services.  You can also call (250) 391-2659 or 1-866-808-5429.  We will require your Student ID Number so we can verify your identity before responding with your username.
   
  • If you do not know your Student ID Number or if you are not sure of your registration status, please contact the Registrar's Office by phone at 250 391-2528 or 1-800-788-8028 during normal working hours.
